EXO Security’s ‘Print Control’ allows you to control the printing of internal files from company PCs to printers, obtain security approval through administrator approval, and add watermarks to printed materials.

Key Features of ‘Print Control’
1. Blocking Unauthorized Printing
You can restrict printing by PCs of employees handling internal important documents and technical materials, such as research teams, development teams, and finance teams, to prevent internal information leaks.
2. Administrator Approval Settings Possible Before Printing Internal Documents
When printing internal documents, security administrators or superiors can check the files to be printed and then configure security approval settings to allow printing.
3. Addition of Watermarks for Print Security
You can set up watermarks to be added when printing documents, and indicate ownership, copyright, and confidentiality of the document.
4. Customization of Watermarks Possible
You can add watermarks with text or images, and set the size, position, and transparency of the watermark.
