We hereby announce that as of September 1, 2022, we will officially end support for EXO Security on Windows 7.

Due to Microsoft’s technical support ending on January 14, 2020, and the inability to apply security patches for existing OS issues and vulnerabilities, we will officially terminate EXO Security support for Windows 7 as of September 1, 2022.

Please note the following two points:

■ We cannot provide technical support for OS and vulnerability-related issues.
To use PCs safely, security patch applications for OS and software defects are essential in addition to security programs. As Microsoft has already ended technical support for Windows 7, please understand that EXO Security cannot provide technical support for OS-related issues.

■ Windows 7 is a highly vulnerable environment against various cyber attacks.
Even with EXO Security installed, Windows 7 is highly vulnerable to various cyber attacks. When OS defects occur, you may be continuously exposed to security risks, potentially leading to personal information leaks and ransomware infections.

While you can continue using our service after support ends, please note that after September 1, we cannot provide technical support for any Windows 7-related issues, and some or all functions may not operate normally.
