EXO Security Update Notes
The approval request function has been updated to be more effectively utilized. Additionally, the file export approval request function and personal information/confidential data file export blocking function, which were previously only available in Windows environments, have been updated to be usable on macOS as well.
This update was performed on November 18 from 10:00 to 16:00, and the program versions including this update are Windows V1.23.20.0 and macOS V1.16.15.
1. A feature has been released that allows file attachments on approved websites, similar to internal groupware. (Beta version)

– Policy to block export of all files

* This beta feature is provided to customers upon request. After organizing the site list requiring approval in Excel, please contact the support team for assistance with setup.
* It is recommended to restrict personal information file attachments for shared sites that do not contain company domains.
2. Operating environment (development language, operation log recording, etc.) has been changed to improve product enhancement speed.

* Due to OS environment changes, the following phenomena may occur on macOS PCs:
1) System software and full disk access permission request notifications will be displayed, requiring user authorization.
2) After program updates, EXO Security may not appear in the file right-click menu in some environments, but services will return to normal after a restart.
