EXO Security Update Notes
The following improvements have been made with the January 09, 2023 update:

1. Changed the overall service design.

2. Modified some menus.
– Applicable plans: Endpoint protection / All-in-one protection

1) Encrypted file right-click menu names are now more intuitive.
– Open and edit encrypted file: Opens encrypted file for viewing and editing
– Temporary decrypt: Temporarily decrypts file to original state for external sharing
– Encryption exception: Permanently removes encryption
2) Renamed IT asset management menu on administrator page
– Changed IT asset management function name to IT Operation Optimization

3. Improved dashboard.
– Applicable plans: Endpoint protection / All-in-one protection
– Application scope: Administrator page
1) Made security measures requiring attention more easily visible
2) Changed to focus on users (PCs) requiring management for internal security issues

4. Self-encrypted files by employees are now classified as important company files.
– Applicable plans: Endpoint protection / All-in-one protection
– Supported OS: Windows

5. Changed default policies for some features.
– Applicable plans: Endpoint protection / All-in-one protection

1) Changed all approval management policies to ‘enabled’
2) Added ‘hwp’ extension to all data security policies
3) Changed screen saver wait time standard to ’10 minutes’

6. Modified user (PC) information display method for easier viewing.
